La Kitchenette Souris : Frozen Grasshopper Pie

This just might be the most dangerous dessert I've made thus far! 

It's amazing & I know for sure I will be making it again soon! 


Frozen Grasshopper Pie


1 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme/fluff
1 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 teaspoon mint extract
4-6 drops green food coloring
15 thin chocolate mint wafers, crushed (about 1/2 a cup)
1 Oreo pie crust (I used a chocolate graham crust)

Beat marshmallow creme & 2 cups of the whipped topping in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Add mint extract & food coloring; mix well.
Gently stir in crushed wafers.

Spoon into pie crust.

Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
(Pie will be firm but not frozen solid)

Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving. 

Store in freezer.
