La Kitchenette Souris : Sour Cream Biscuits

These are absolutely amazing! 

Fairly light, yummy, moist & one of those things that is best warm & fresh! 

Easy to make, they don't require many ingredients.... so enjoy!

Sour Cream Biscuits

1 cup butter
2 cups self rising flour, sifted
1 cup sour cream
2 finger pinch of salt
2 finger pinch of baking powder

Mix butter & flour by hand.
Stir in sour cream, salt, & baking powder.

Drop 2 teaspoons of mixture into small muffin tins.
(I used large ones & they worked fine~ didn't grease them at all!)

Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until brown.

These are excellent just with butter, but jam would be nice too, if you were to serve them for an afternoon tea.
